Jimmy and Sharnae are in the cast of the ABC and Netflix series, ‘Love on the Spectrum’.
Sharon and I were excitedly counting down the days to Jimmy and Sharnae’s wedding from the moment we were booked a number of months earlier. We initially met at Waragamba Dam to talk about the wedding and what struck me was their fun loving character and obvious love for each other. I knew their wedding day was going to be very special.
Fast forward to the wedding day and we woke to the sound of rain. What’s a little rain we said as we packed the car with excitement! We found both Jimmy and Sharnae relaxing with their bridesmaids and groomsmen while getting ready. The cloudy stormy skies cleared at just the right moment much to the relief of all involved.
Fernbank Farm in Wyong was the perfect location for the wedding, the backdrop of the property could not have been more perfect for the sunflower filled romantic ceremony that Sharnae was dreaming of. From the horse drawn carriage to the lovely sunflower arbour and a ceremony that was complemented with heartfelt vows and a duet from the bride and groom, I don’t think there were too many dry eyes throughout the ceremony.
There were so many highlights across the day, the favourite for both Sharon and I was the horse drawn carriage. It really was a one of a kind entry to the wedding and as Sharnae stepped out with a wave like the queen, it was such a great memory.
Jimmy and Sharnae are just the loveliest couple that complement each other, the love and adoration so evident. It really was the best day and as the ceremony and reception drew to a close, Sharon and I drove away feeling like we had new best friends.
